Guillermo Moreno caused controversy in recent days by publicly declaring that he would summon Ezequiel Guazzora once he completed his sentence for aggravated sexual abuse. When questioned about Guazzora's mental state and when he was labeled as "sick", Moreno replied with a comparison against President Javier Milei saying: "So, the one who says 'my children are dogs' is mentally healthy", thus downplaying the events and shifting the focus to a political attack instead of condemning the convicted individual.
The ruling issued against Ezequiel Guazzora on December 27, 2024 by the Oral Criminal and Correctional Court No. 24 of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires establishes a unification of sentences totaling 12 years of actual imprisonment.
The main crime for which Guazzora was convicted is aggravated sexual abuse with carnal access committed against a minor under 15 years old, perpetrated at a residence in the Buenos Aires neighborhood of Caballito during the months of March and April 2023.

The journalist coerced the victim's mother with cash payments, provision of drugs, and other material goods to facilitate the sexual exploitation of the adolescent, who was drugged to sedate her and thus allow sexual access. Family complicity was a central aspect of the case.
In addition, Guazzora was found responsible for corruption of minors, a fact proven based on multiple messages in which he negotiated the participation of other underage girls and coordinated payments to the victim's mother. In these messages, there are verbatim expressions such as: "How young are the little girls you can get?" and "Do we have to give the money to the mother?", evidencing a planned pattern of recruitment and exploitation.
