An unpublished photo of Morena Rial in prison at Magdalena Penitentiary was leaked

The situation of Morena Rial is once again at the center of the scene after the leak of an unpublished photo taken from inside the Magdalena Prison, where she remains in custody while she waits for the justice system to decide whether it will grant her the benefit of house arrest or not.

So far, the request has proved elusive for her, although in recent hours a new element has been added: her father, Jorge Rial, has reportedly offered his home for Morena to serve her detention there, also presenting himself as guarantor before the court. The proposal seeks to unblock a situation that, for now, continues without resolution.

Meanwhile, alongside the judicial case, the young woman's inner circle has once again caused noise. Two of her closest friends have been detained in recent weeks: Agustina —who had acted as spokesperson and is pregnant— was arrested in Partido de la Costa, while Evelyn, another member of the inner circle, also ended up behind bars. Both were going to testify as witnesses in the case, a fact that has made the scenario even more serious.

The escalation of the case has even prompted analysis from journalist Mauro Szeta, who stated that Morena "has graduated as a jailbird", in reference to her adaptation to the prison world and the context surrounding her.

The person who doesn't distance himself from the media personality is her friend and defender, Alejandro Cipolla. In recent hours, the attorney has shared on social media a screenshot of a video call that he had with her, an image that quickly went viral. "I got a call with Morena", Cipolla wrote alongside the photo.

In the screenshot, viewers can see Morena Rial with a serious expression, making the classic "V" sign with her fingers. One detail that is not minor has drawn attention: her nails are painted black, which suggests that she is allowed to receive some personal items. Observers can also notice a change in her appearance, since her blonde hair is beginning to lose intensity compared with how she looked at the time of her arrest.

Beyond the image, Cipolla has once again questioned the actions of the judiciary. "There is a bit of persecution", he stated, and he compared Morena's case with other similar cases in which, according to him, the same judicial district granted releases or procedural benefits.
