ANMAT has prohibited the production, packaging, and marketing of 18 dietary supplements throughout the country. The measure affects products manufactured by Grupo Bio Fit SRL, based in Granadero Baigorria, Santa Fe province.
According to the agency, the supplements presented serious irregularities in their labeling, falsified registrations, and lack of sanitary authorization. For this reason, they were classified as counterfeit products and withdrawn from the national market.

False registrations and products without traceability
The decision was formalized through Provision 8186/2025, following an investigation by the Santa Fe Food Safety Agency (ASSAL). The report determined that the facility operated without authorization, did not have a responsible technical director, and could not prove the traceability of its products.
ANMAT indicated that the supplements had expired registration numbers (RNPA) and a facility number (RNE) that had been revoked. Consequently, it ordered their immediate withdrawal and prohibited their sale in physical stores and on digital platforms.
The supplements affected by the ban
Among the products included in the measure are supplements based on turmeric, spirulina, magnesium, collagen, shark cartilage, ginkgo biloba, garlic, green coffee, creatine, and fish oil. All were distributed under the Grupo Bio Fit SRL brand.
