Boca's astrologer is worried: 'If the cleansing isn't completed, we're going to Division B'

The renowned astrologer of Boca, Giorgio Armas, popular among fans for having influenced decisions in the Superclásico won in 2022 at the Monumental and for accompanying Jorge Almirón on the road to the 2023 Copa Libertadores final, has returned to work fully with the club amid the historic negative streak of 12 winless matches.

After a period marked by differences with Diego Martínez and Fernando Gago, Armas found in the coaching staff of Miguel Ángel Russo a group "very open to astrology," with whom he keeps frequent video calls. "They are very faithful. They know something negative is happening energetically and that's why they give me the opportunity. There is a great deal of trust," he states.

For the astrologer, the main problem is not in the stadium or the fans, but in the players themselves. "It's an energetic issue. The team needs energetic cleansing. It has attitude and drive, but it only lasts us 15 minutes. We can't believe how we played Benfica and Bayern Munich as equals and then can't handle Atlético Tucumán. The problem wasn't the Bombonera, it was the players," he explained.

Among the "best aspected" players, he mentions Agustín Marchesín, Milton Giménez, Miguel Merentiel, Exequiel Zeballos, and Carlos Palacios. Meanwhile, he considers that Edinson Cavani is going through a special situation: "He clearly has something. It's not a matter of age. Someone has worked on Edi, it's witchcraft, and he's the most difficult player to cleanse."

Armas details that his method involves reviewing each player's birth chart, identifying negative and positive aspects, and acting accordingly. "Astrology can give you 80%, the player provides the other 20%," he affirms.

Beyond his faith in immediate recovery, he warns of a dark future if the club doesn't act: "If this cleansing can't be completed, in 2027 or 2028 we'll be relegated. I've already told everyone at Boca."
