The Government of Javier Milei highlighted this Friday the evolution of job creation since the beginning of the administration and released a graph prepared with data from the National Institute of Statistics and Censuses (INDEC) that shows the significant growth.
According to official figures, since the arrival of the libertarian administration, there has been a increase of more than half a million jobs in the economy.
The person responsible for communicating the data was the Minister of Deregulation and State Transformation, Federico Sturzenegger, who wrote on his X account: "During Javier Milei's presidency, more than half a million jobs were created. Nothing, that", along with the graph showing the rise in job positions.

The data included in the publication show a sustained growth in the number of jobs between the first quarter of 2023 and the first quarter of 2026.
Job Creation
According to the figures from Income Generation and Labor Input from INDEC, the total rose from 22,375,000 jobs in the first quarter of 2023 to 22,885,000 in the first quarter of 2026.
The evolution reflects a progressive increase over the three years considered. In the first quarter of 2024, 22,422,000 jobs were recorded, while a year later, in the first quarter of 2025, the number rose to 22,670,000.
Finally, for the first quarter of 2026, the figure reached 22,885,000 jobs, consolidating the upward trend shown in the graph released by the minister.

The detail presented by Sturzenegger also indicates an accumulated variation of +509,876 jobs between the first quarter of 2023 and the first quarter of 2026. Thus, the increase recorded during the period exceeds 500 thousand jobs.
The information used corresponds to the report on Income Generation and Labor Input, prepared by INDEC, and allows for observing the evolution of job positions across the economy based on the data corresponding to each first quarter.
With this publication, Sturzenegger once again focused on the evolution of employment and highlighted the official numbers that reflect a sustained growth in job positions during Javier Milei's presidency.
