After the recent departure of María Eugenia Suárez to Türkiye, where she lives with her children, Benjamín Vicuña spoke publicly about what his relationship with the mother of Magnolia and Amancio is like today.
In a conversation with the program SQP on América TV, the actor was asked about his current relationship with his ex-partner and he was cautious.
"Good. What I always say: I don't elaborate or talk in detail, but the most important thing is the children's well-being and in that regard we're fine. We're all fine", he stated.
When the reporter followed up by asking whether the communication is personal or through lawyers, Vicuña replied with an awkward smile: "They're cycles".
In a relaxed tone, he even made the gesture of putting his hands around his neck as if he wanted to "strangle" the journalist for his persistence.
When the reporter again pointed out that he had not answered concretely, the actor closed the subject:"It continues as it has to. Always trying to find a way".
When he was asked about Magnolia and Amancio's schooling, who are currently in their first years of school in Türkiye, Vicuña was blunt.
El actor aún no habría llegado a un acuerdo para que los menores estudien en la Argentina
"I'm happy to talk to you about my movies, about The Balls, about Brokeback Mountain, but regarding the kids let's leave them out, please. That makes me very uncomfortable", he said.
He added:"These are things that are discussed between parents, between adults, and that can't be the subject of a television program. I hope we can talk about our work and leave the little ones aside".
The actor made it clear that, beyond the international moves and media exposure, his priority is to preserve the children's privacy.
His current work and support for Griselda Siciliani
Meanwhile, Benjamín Vicuña is going through a great professional moment. He is currently filming Felicidades, the movie directed by Álex de la Iglesia for Netflix, together with Griselda Siciliani, Adrián Suar, and an outstanding cast.
"I'm happy, it's a movie that is going to surprise", the actor anticipated, excited about the project that is expected to be released at the end of 2026.
In that context, he was also asked about Siciliani's personal situation, as she recently separated from Luciano Castro. "I see her in her element, shining as an actress", he replied, highlighting her professionalism.
