Boca is already in Miami and is preparing for its debut in the Club World Cup.
The squad arrived with 29 players and is training in Fort Lauderdale, while Riquelme stayed in Buenos Aires to negotiate Paredes's transfer
Through a charter flight with 29 players, Boca landed in Miami in the morning hours of Argentina, becoming one of the first teams to arrive at the Club World Cup.
Miguel Ángel Russo, along with his coaching staff, led the delegation that will stay in Fort Lauderdale and will train at the Barry University facilities. Forward Edinson Cavani shared the moment of landing on social media.

The absence of Juan Román Riquelme
Although Juan Román Riquelme participated in the official photo that the club released before the trip, he did not travel with the delegation. The president decided to remain in Buenos Aires to move forward with negotiations for the return of Leandro Paredes.

Although the midfielder will not be able to play in the Club World Cup, Riquelme is aiming to add him for the second half of the year. The president is expected to travel to Miami in the coming days.
Pellegrino travels and Boca awaits Braida and Costa
Despite his muscle tear, Marco Pellegrino will travel to Miami in the coming hours on a commercial flight to join the squad.
In addition, Malcom Braida, now a former midfielder of San Lorenzo, would also travel thanks to his express signing. Work is also underway to solve the visa for Ayrton Costa, who has not traveled yet. The club's intention is for Pellegrino, Braida, and Costa to be able to travel together and join as soon as possible.

The search for a preparation friendly
Boca's debut will be on Monday the 16th against Benfica, which will also mark Miguel Ángel Russo's first official match in his new cycle as the club's head coach.
With that objective, an informal friendly is being organized between Wednesday and Thursday. It would take place at Barry University, with no access for the public or the press, although the logistics are not simple.
