A 57-year-old man became unwell and died at the Playas de Oro resort
A 57-year-old man who was vacationing in Córdoba died this Wednesday after he suffered a decompensation when he was at the Playas de Oro spa in Villa Carlos Paz.
The victim had a history of hypertension and suffered from diabetes, according to Diario de Carlos Paz.
Witnesses to what happened state that the man began to feel unwell when he was bathing in the San Antonio River.
When he tried to get out he began to decompensate and fell on the beach.
The attempts to resuscitate him were unsuccessful in the midst of the relatives' desperation.
Minutes later his death was confirmed.
An emergency operation was deployed at the place where he died with personnel from the Police, Fire Department, and the Vittar service.
