Cassie revealed that she suffered infections and assaults during her relationship with Diddy Combs.
The singer detailed physical aftereffects such as urinary infections and mouth sores after forced encounters
Cassandra Elizabeth Ventura, known professionally as Cassie, provided a harrowing testimony in the trial against Sean "Diddy" Combs. In front of the jury, the singer recounted having suffered very painful urinary tract infections as a result of the sexual encounters he organized with other men.
During her statement, Ventura explained that after those situations she felt a constant burning sensation when urinating. The infections were so frequent that conventional antibiotics stopped being effective, and she had to resort to stronger medications. She even, according to her account, started consuming opioids to numb the pain.
A pattern of physical and psychological abuse
The artist stated that, in addition to the infections, she also suffered sores on her tongue as a result of forced oral sex during those encounters. She brought up these issues to Diddy, but she claimed he ignored them.

According to her testimony, she needed massages, intravenous hydration, and a special diet to recover from frequent panic attacks. In many cases, the crises were triggered after the abuses. She also confessed that she avoided kissing the companions because she considered it too intimate an act, but Diddy insisted that she do it.
Cassie claimed that even on her 29th birthday, she was forced to participate in one of those "altercations." She narrated that Diddy took her out of the Blind Dragon karaoke bar in West Hollywood and used his security team to transport her to the location of the encounter.
Beatings, control, and manipulation
Ventura also referred to a violent episode that occurred in a hotel hallway in 2016. The court played the full 15-minute video, and then she recounted that Diddy tried to manipulate her after the attack by sending her messages to come back.
One of those messages said: "Call, I'm surrounded." She replied: "Stay away from me, please." He replied: "I'm getting arrested." However, Diddy was not arrested at that time.
Cassie maintained that the violence was not sporadic. She stated that Diddy physically assaulted her during the sexual encounters, even in the presence of the male sex workers he hired. Some of them, she recounted, even asked her if she was okay after he hit her. The violence, she said, became habitual in cities like New York, Los Angeles, and Miami.
So far, Ventura has not been cross-examined. Meanwhile, Diddy's defense keeps that all the encounters were consensual.
