Catherine Fulop is going through a moment of deep grief after the death of Chopper, her 10-year-old dog who had been an inseparable companion for more than a decade. The renowned Venezuelan actress and host shared a moving video with her followers on social media, where she recounted with a trembling voice what the last hours of her beloved four-legged friend were like.
"Last night when we got home, the dogs greeted us as always. Chopper came out, went to the front, went down the stairs and then went up. He's an old little dog," she began her story. In her testimony, Fulop detailed that, while they were having dinner as a family, everything seemed to be going normally until the unexpected happened: "We finished eating, I started to clean up, I turned around and my little dog died. Just like that, suddenly."

The loss had a strong emotional impact not only on her, but on all the members of her household. "I'm sad. I did a little exercise to move, so I wouldn't stay still," she confessed. Through tears, she explained that her daughter Titi is also very affected: "Titi is devastated, because she was the one who looked for Chopper with her dad when Oba wanted that breed. They're such long-suffering little dogs, but this one lived a very good life. He was healthy, aside from a few minor things."
