Chechu Bonelli spoke publicly for the first time about her connection with Facundo Pieres, after a photo taken on the beach in José Ignacio sparked rumors of a romance.

The model chose to clarify it in her debut on the stream La Casa, from Pinamar, where she explained how the encounter happened and why she decided to set a limit on the speculation.

The topic came up on air, amid laughter, when her colleagues mentioned the rumors. Far from dodging the question, Bonelli was direct and blunt: "It wasn't a summer love because it was nothing", she stated. She immediately clarified the real connection: "I have known him for a long time, we are friends".

The casual encounter that ended in photos

According to what she said, the episode happened in a completely spontaneous way during a visit to Uruguay. Chechu was in José Ignacio to see her daughters, who had spent New Year with their father.

"I went down to the beach and Facu walked by. We greeted each other, we stayed chatting, and someone took a photo", she recounted. That image, out of context, was enough to fuel stories of kisses and an alleged romance in Punta del Este.

Friendship, but no romantic history

Bonelli was clear in distancing herself from the romantic interpretations. "We are not super mega close friends, but we are friends", she explained.

In that way, she ruled out any romantic relationship and toned down a scene that, according to what she said, was minimal and circumstantial.

The weight of rumors after the separation

Beyond the denial, the model spoke about the personal moment she is going through after her separation from Darío Cvitanich, after 15 years of relationship. She acknowledged that the emotional impact was strong and that she even had up to four therapy sessions a week to process the change.

"It still feels strange for me to have to write "divorced" on forms. It is a stain", she confessed, although she also highlighted what she learned: "That is when the flame of self-love is lit".
