Chiara Mancuso exploded on Gran Hermano: 'This is a complete embarrassment'

In an unexpected move, Chiara Mancuso re-entered the Gran Hermano house along with seven other former contestants. She was the first to enter and after being chosen by Selva Pérez to form a duo, just a few hours later, a leaked audio revealed her fury with the reality show's production.

"They screwed me over. This is a disgrace," the young woman was heard saying in a recording taken from the confessional. Her reaction caused a major stir on social media, where many wondered if she would leave the game again.

A controversial return and an explosive audio

Chiara had been one of the most controversial eliminations of the season.She left in a versus against Luz, and her departure left a sense of scandal: she appeared visibly nervous and many viewers labeled her as "favored." Her public image was already weakened when she returned.

As soon as she set foot in the house,  Chiara was selected by Selva to form a pair. The Uruguayan justified her choice with a phrase that went viral: "Better the crazy you know than the crazy you don't."

However, during the early morning hours, an audio that went viral on social media exposed Chiara's anger with the production.  In the recording, she was heard outraged, questioning the treatment she received and hinting at her intention to leave the game:

"I want to leave without hurting Selva. I'm leaving in the afternoon because they're going to cancel me everywhere. All of this is a joke. It's a disgrace."

"They told me in a horrible way. I'm really, really angry," she concluded.

How the game changed after the return of the former contestants

Chiara did not return alone. Along with her, Andrea Lázaro, Bati Larrivey, Martina Pereyra, Petrona Jerez, Giuliano Vaschetto, Jenifer Lauría, and Luciana Martínez entered. All of them entered as special guests to form duos with the current participants.

The game system changed.  Now, each duo will nominate, be nominated, and face the elimination boards together. Although as the days go by, they will start to leave individually, in this first stage, what happens to one will affect the other.

• Luz and Luciana
• Sandra and Andrea
• Eugenia and Bati
• Selva and Chiara
• Ulises and Jenifer
• Tato and Martina
• Devi and Giuliano

In addition, it was announced that there will be a significant prize at stake for both members of the winning duo. It was also warned that there will be no prior warnings for any rule violations: expulsion could be immediate.

The leak of Chiara's audio raised doubts about her continuity. Although her departure has not been confirmed so far, her stay hangs by a thread. Could this be her final farewell from the most-watched reality show on Argentine television?
