Boca is experiencing a tournament finale filled with complications both on and off the field. In addition to poor results in the Copa de la Liga, a new problem has arisen: Luis Advíncula has been accused of being involved in a hit-and-run in Canning, which occurred on August 28, and the case is already under judicial investigation.
The incident, which only became public in recent hours, gained attention after the affected woman shared a video on social media describing what happened. Meanwhile, Infobae released footage from a security camera showing the moment of impact and the player's subsequent escape.

According to the reconstruction of the event, the 35-year-old Peruvian full-back was driving at 1:20 a.m. along Mariano Castex 5000, near the roundabout accessing Provincial Route 58, when he entered the wrong lane with his Mercedes Benz and struck the car of a woman who was waiting to merge into traffic. After the collision, Advíncula's vehicle lost control, mounted the central median, and continued driving without stopping or providing assistance.
The complainant expressed her outrage on TikTok with a message that quickly went viral: "POV: Advíncula crashes into you, flees the scene, and the police find him. Guess if the police filed a report? HA." According to her account, although the authorities located the player shortly after the incident, no report was filed and no immediate measures were taken.
