A 36-year-old man was sentenced in Córdoba to 12 years in prison for sexually abusing his 15-year-old daughter and two sisters-in-law, in a summary trial held at Chamber 2° Secretariat 3.

The perpetrator, who worked as a ride-hailing driver, was arrested in March of this year after his daughter told her mother that she had been raped.

The girl endured the abuse out of fear that he would also attack her younger brother.

After this case became known, two sisters-in-law also reported the abuse they suffered from the perpetrator when they were children.

The convicted man admitted to the acts; however, he did not ask for forgiveness.

The abuse occurred between 2013 and 2025.

"The pattern was 'to attack them in a caregiving context, when he had to look after them, he would take advantage and abuse them. Also, when the rest of his family was in the yard or sleeping, he would take advantage of these situations through coercion and threats,'" said the victims' attorney, Fernanda Alaniz.

"The evidence was overwhelmingly compelling, the expert reports were extremely shocking, and the current state of the victims is irreparable," she emphasized.

Alaniz also reported that there are two more cases in which this man is accused of sexual abuse with carnal access.
