The administrative reorganization seeks efficiency, transparency, and legal order, aligning with the goals of national spending

The Government of Córdoba moved forward with a real pruning of the organizational chart and reduced the number of active provincial agencies by thirty percent. The decision, set forth in a decree, is part of the order program that modernizes the administration and cuts underperforming structures. The approach prioritizes spending less and managing better, in line with the fiscal discipline promoted by the Nation to reduce the size of the State.
The scheme redefines Culture, Sports, Tourism, and Investment as autonomous entities, preserving substantive missions while gaining operational agility. The new structure strengthens autonomy to execute budgets, manage assets, and contract under clearer rules and effective controls. The Executive emphasized that the change complies with Law 11,015, which allows the transformation of state-owned and mixed companies under current parameters.
The decree also creates the autonomous entity "ProCórdoba", under the Ministry of Economy and Public Management, to coordinate investments, innovation, and exports. That body will integrate the capabilities, resources, and functions of ProCórdoba, Innovar y Emprender, and Competitividad, unifying service windows and priorities. The simplification avoids overlaps, accelerates decision-making, and reduces administrative costs, which frees up funds for policies with measurable results.

Autonomy and order: new institutional architecture
The legal conversion covers Córdoba Deportes, Córdoba Cultura, Córdoba Turismo, and ACIF, which are moving to a flexible and responsible structure. The relationship with the Executive Branch is maintained by regulation, but management gains independence to implement plans with less bureaucratic friction. The redesign proposes a concrete reform that adjusts size and functions, focusing on performance, goals, and strict accountability.
Staff will be reassigned and assets will be reallocated to the new entities created, under the leadership of Government and Economy and with the involvement of the State Attorney's Office. Continuity of services is guaranteed while previous agencies are dissolved and new ones are established, preventing any interruption in service delivery. The process follows the path started in February and confirmed in April with Conectividad, consolidating a more orderly, agile, and sustainable State.
The convergence with national guidelines on fiscal discipline aligns incentives and sets a path of predictability for investments and private employment. By reducing administrative layers and unifying service windows, the provincial government shortens timelines, lowers costs, and reduces margins of discretion. The expected result should be a simpler and more measurable government, where every peso is more effective and programs display verifiable goals and clear schedules.
