Alicia de la Fuente, president of the San Vicente Neighborhood Center, told Canal 10 that it is "disastrous because of the insecurity everywhere."
De la Fuente said she feels "worried" about the situation the neighborhood is going through.
To make matters worse, maximum temperatures are exceeding 33°C (91.4°F) in Córdoba's capital.
