A man and a woman with a history of having traveled abroad tested positive for H3N2 flu in Córdoba, according to reports that arrived from the Malbrán Institute.
The people who showed symptoms and were diagnosed with the virus are a 27-year-old man and a 38-year-old woman.
The provincial government reported that the man is originally from the town of San Francisco and the woman from La Calera.
He was in Mexico a few days ago, while she visited Spain.
According to the data provided by the provincial Ministry of Health, both received outpatient care in health centers in Córdoba and are showing favorable progress. Neither of them presented a condition that required hospitalization.

The cases in Córdoba were confirmed; in the provinces the following were reported: Buenos Aires (3), CABA (2), Mendoza (1), Neuquén (2), Santa Cruz (2), and Tierra del Fuego (1).
The Province indicated that the result of four other samples that were sent to the Malbrán Institute is expected and that so far there is no community circulation of the virus.
