The Deliberative Council of Córdoba already has a plan to reduce its expenses.
The measure is aimed directly at the political structure and officials. The project eliminates various undersecretariats.
Other areas will be downgraded and will simply start operating as departments. This adjustment affects second-tier management, advisers, and contracted staff.
From the July 6 Palace headed by Daniel Passerini, officials seek to reduce by 30% the expenses related to personnel and politics. This restructuring responds to the sharp drop in available funds.
The strategy is in line with the measures of Governor Martín Llaryora.
The provincial government is already implementing austerity policies. In addition, the Municipality is moving forward with another parallel goal: spending less money on renting properties for public offices.
