Foreign sales increased compared to the previous year thanks to policies of lower tax pressure and economic stimulus
Córdoba consolidated its role as a key player in Argentine foreign trade, with exports reaching 4.979 billion dollars. This increase represents a slight rise compared to 4.964 billion in the first half of 2024, marking sustained growth. The province accounted for nearly 13% of the national total, with its products reaching 130 countries across five continents.
The country also showed positive signs in its external sales, registering exports worth 39.752 billion dollars in the first six months. This figure surpasses the 38.199 billion from the same period last year, reflecting a 4.07% increase at the national level. These figures demonstrate the recovery of export activity following more liberal policies implemented by the government.
The most exported categories include auto parts, corn, peanuts, soybeans, and wheat, consolidating Córdoba as a significant industrial and agricultural hub. Brazil remained the main destination for Córdoba's exports, followed by Vietnam and India, which rose to third place this year. China and Chile complete the list of the most important markets, showing the diversification of export destinations.

Boost from tax reduction policies and trade liberalization benefits Córdoba exporters
The improvement in results is related to tax incentives and lower tax burdens from the national government. These measures allowed more local companies to access international markets with greater competitiveness. The combination of primary production and auto parts drove the increase in export revenues in the province.
Córdoba's exports accompanied the country's growth, showing a sustained increase in external sales. The ProCórdoba agency specified that complete information by category, month, and destination can be found on its Open Data Portal. The strengthening of commercial ties with Asia and South America is reflected in a steady flow of products to strategic countries.
The national government's economic policy boosted export activity, benefiting local industries and agricultural producers. The reduction of bureaucratic obstacles and the encouragement of investment in logistics infrastructure facilitated the entry of Córdoba's goods into new markets. These advances consolidate Córdoba as a growth engine within Argentine foreign trade.
