The Complex Crimes Prosecutor of the 2nd Shift, Valeria Rissi, ordered the arrest of three members of a Cordoban family. They are accused of fraud related to the company Crea Grupo Constructor SAS, headquartered in the provincial capital. The firm has accumulated at least 14 complaints for serious breaches in the delivery of homes.
The detainees are Miguel Ángel Tallone and his children Franco and Romina, owners of the development company. The company changed its address several times to hinder claims. In 2019, it started in the Urca neighborhood, moved in 2022 to Alejandro Centeno, and disappeared from public view in 2023.
The complaints indicate that financial contributions were received without construction progress or fulfilled deliveries. There were even cases in which Crear mortgage loans and land were used, with no results for buyers.
Las denuncias apuntan a que se recibieron aportes económicos sin avances de obra ni entregas cumplidas.
A deceptive and sustained operation over time
The sales system was based on the Emmedue construction method, with promises of speed and low cost. The company advertised on social media with the slogan "Fulfill the dream of your own home with our free contribution system." The marketing attracted dozens of clients who trusted the proposal.
The scheme consisted of stage payments and systematically unfulfilled deadlines. Many complainants pointed out that only foundations existed, with no real progress. The affected parties turned to Consumer Protection and then to the courts, considering the maneuvers to be fraud.
Plaintiff attorneys, such as Carlos Nayi and Mario Ponce, represent most of the victims. Several complainants provided evidence of contracts and payments. They reported being worn down by excuses and delays until they were left without responses from the company.

Judicial progress and procedural status of the accused
The maneuvers allegedly occurred between 2021 and 2023, with complaints filed last year. The investigation did not find completed homes, except for an isolated case. The patterns of noncompliance reveal a repeated scheme of collection, delay, and abandonment.
Prosecutor Rissi charged the detainees with repeated fraud in at least 14 cases, although more could be added. The investigation is also considering charging the family with illicit association. This aggravating factor would increase the seriousness of the judicial process.
The accused were arrested on September 3 and remain at Tribunales 2 in Córdoba. They initially had an attorney, but he resigned from the defense. So far, it has not been confirmed who will assume the legal representation of the accused.
