Set in the year 2053, Cthulhu: The Cosmic Abyss immerses the player in a future of resource scarcity and extreme underwater exploration. In this context, Noah, an agent of the Ancile organization, must investigate the disappearance of a group of miners at a facility located in the depths of the Pacific.
Humanity, driven by its technological ambition, has pushed ocean exploration to the limit. Private corporations compete to uncover the secrets of the abyss, ignoring warnings about the horrors that lie beneath the water. What begins as a rescue mission turns into a psychological and metaphysical horror experience, true to the spirit of H. P. Lovecraft.
An atmosphere inspired by cosmic horror
The work stands out for its oppressive atmosphere and its fidelity to the Lovecraftian universe. Flooded corridors, abandoned laboratories, and remnants of impossible civilizations pave the way to the legendary sunken city of R’lyeh, where the boundary between sanity and madness becomes blurred.

Throughout the story, the player's decisions alter the course of the narrative and determine Noah's fate. The artificial intelligence KEY, his assistant, not only helps solve puzzles but also introduces ethical conflicts about dependence on technology and the limits of human control in the face of the unknown.
Gameplay and exploration mechanics
Developed with Unreal Engine 5, the title makes full use of next-generation graphics capabilities. The Cosmic Abyss combines first-person exploration, puzzle-solving, and a branching narrative that responds to the player's choices.
