The international discussion is focused on U.S. President Donald Trump's intention to annex Greenland for reasons of national security. This proposal was rejected by France, the United Kingdom and Germany and dominates a large part of the forum's agenda.
In this context, Casa Rosada confirmed that Milei will take part next Thursday in the signing ceremony of the Peace Council. This constitutes a multinational body promoted by Trump with the aim of reducing the diplomatic influence of the United Nations.

Wednesday will be the central day of the tour. Milei will speak for thirty minutes at the World Economic Forum in Davos. Before his presentation, in the same auditorium, Donald Trump will speak and will lay out an agenda aligned with the crisis affecting the relationship between the United States and Europe.
During his speech, the Argentine President will present his view of the international board and will reaffirm his alignment with the United States. He will also provide an assessment of the economic adjustment program implemented by his administration. After Trump, Milei is the head of state who arouses the greatest interest among the attendees at the conclave.
While Milei is speaking before the forum's guests, Trump will host two successive meetings. Foreign heads of state and U.S. bankers, investors, and CEOs will take part in these meetings.

During his visit to Davos in 2025, the President had already interacted with investors and CEOs in this same setting. If the methodology is repeated, Milei will deliver an opening speech and will then answer questions related to the country's economy and finances.
In that presentation, the head of state stated: "The hyperinflationary time bomb left by our predecessors and the terrible credit reputation that we dragged along as a country forced us to become the best student in the class in economic matters."
In this edition, Milei will explain how the adjustment plan worked that made it possible to bring 2025 inflation down to its lowest level in eight years.

After the Country Strategy Dialogue on Argentina, the President will continue with meetings related to the economy, finance, and investment. There is even a meeting planned "with CEOs of Global Banks", according to Casa Rosada's official agenda. There he will once again highlight the advantages of his economic program for investing in Argentina, with an emphasis on the energy and mining sectors.
On Thursday, the day of the signing of the Peace Council,Milei will also grant interviews to Bloomberg and The Economist. In addition, he will hold a fifteen-minute protocol meeting with Borge Brende, president of the World Economic Forum, which will take place after Trump finishes his speech.
