With the participation of municipal officials as guests, the Urban Development and General Legislation commissions began a joint debate on a package of 12 urban planning agreements aimed at the renewal, consolidation, and controlled densification of the urban fabric of Córdoba.
Additionally, the creation of the "Güemes Sur" Concerted Action Polygon (PAC) is being evaluated, a mechanism included in the urban planning tools ordinance, enacted last September.
The Municipality of Córdoba's agreements are with the developers: José Oscar Srur; Hugo Luis Fassetta, Juan Oscar Fassetta, and Dante Rubén Fassetta; Manuel Bustos Fierro; José Gabriel Alonso; Esther Martha Gulisano, Ricardo Raúl Siragusa, Hernán Darío Siragusa, Rubén Fernando Siragusa, Nelson Javier Siragusa, and María Esther Siragusa; and Agustín Figueroa Alvarez (Yateré SA).
Municipality of Córdoba's agreements with developers
There are also agreements with Federico Adolfo Müller (Urbacon SAS); Jorge Fabián Tamburini (El Moncholo SA); Adrián Santiago Carrara and Martín Revigliono in two projects; Noemí del Carmen Cherubini and Enriqueta Nora Cherubini; and Luis Francisco Fassetta.
The projects cover a total area of nearly 90 hectares and move forward in three directions: completion of urban voids, urban consolidation at the boundary of rural and urbanizable areas, and densification and provision of mixed uses.

As provided in the ordinance, the initiatives will be subject to debate in a public hearing next Monday at 9:30 a.m. at the Council headquarters, while the commissions could issue their reports on Tuesday or Wednesday.
The economic benefit that the developers will contribute to the city as compensation for regulatory changes will be allocated to the Urban Repair Fund.
Unlike what happened years ago, now the integration of that benefit (whether in money or works) has strict deadlines for compliance.
