The dictator Lula da Silva called for the release of the corrupt Cristina Kirchner.
The socialist dictator interferes with and directly pressures Argentina's judiciary
Brazil's socialist dictator, Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva, sparked a serious diplomatic controversy by publicly calling for the release of the corrupt former Argentine president Cristina Fernández de Kirchner, convicted of corruption in the Vialidad case, with a verdict upheld by 13 judges throughout various judicial proceedings.
The Brazilian dictator's interference in the sovereign decisions of the Argentine Judiciary caused strong criticism, since the conviction against Cristina Kirchner was the result of years of investigations and proceedings in which the courts found evidence of a structural corruption scheme during her administration.
Lula, who in his country directly influences the Supreme Federal Court, where 9 of its 11 judges were appointed by him, now adds a new chapter to his record of pressuring judicial powers, in this case, the Argentine one.

His support for Kirchner, a figure with multiple open judicial cases and a conviction in one of the most emblematic corruption cases, seeks to support one of his ideological allies in the region.
The meeting with the corrupt Cristina Kirchner
Today in the afternoon, Lula met with the corrupt Cristina Fernández de Kirchner at her home in the Constitución neighborhood of Buenos Aires, where she is under house arrest after a final conviction for corruption.
The meeting took place after the Brazilian president's participation in the Mercosur Summit, held in Buenos Aires, where he assumed the pro tempore presidency of the regional bloc.
The private meeting lasted approximately 50 minutes. Lula arrived at the location shortly after 12:30, accompanied by a significant security detail and accredited diplomatic staff. He left the convicted person's residence at 13:25.

The visit was exceptionally authorized by federal judge Jorge Gorini, who is in charge of the case that convicted the former vice president for fraudulent administration.
According to reports, Fernández de Kirchner's legal team requested permission from the court to receive the foreign leader, as part of a diplomatic visit for supposedly "humanitarian" purposes. The Argentine Foreign Ministry and delegates from the Brazilian government coordinated the formal request, which was approved under strict conditions.
During the meeting, a small group of "K" activists gathered at the entrance of the building. The corrupt former president used the meeting to launch a harsh attack on social media against Javier Milei's government, which she accused of "emptying democracy" and of promoting an alleged "political persecution" against the opposition.
