Domestic workers' salaries are updated in September with a new increase and an extraordinary bonus. The increase applies to both those who work by the hour and those who have a monthly job.
The agreement establishes a 3.5% increase for June, plus 1% in July, August, and September. In addition, a non-remunerative bonus is added to compensate for the months without increases between February and June.

Bonus for unfavorable zones
Those who work in La Pampa, Río Negro, Chubut, Neuquén, Santa Cruz, Tierra del Fuego, Antarctica, South Atlantic Islands, and Patagones (Buenos Aires) receive a 30% additional on the minimum wage.
How the increase is applied
- February–June 2025: +3.5% on January 2025, to be paid in July
- July 2025: +1% on the resulting scale
- August 2025: +1% on the July scale
- September 2025: +1% on the August scale

With retirement: $459,532 / $3,681 per hour
Without retirement: $511,800 / $4,034 per hour

2. Staff for specific tasks
With retirement: $426,874 / $3,487 per hour
Without retirement: $475,204 / $3,823 per hour
3. Caretakers

4. Assistance and care of people

Without retirement: $464,129 / $3,682 per hour
5. Staff for general tasks
With retirement: $374,540 / $3,051 per hour
