In the Comercial neighborhood, in the southern part of the city of Córdoba, residents experienced dramatic hours after a serious accident involving a garbage collection truck.

The vehicle, belonging to the company Lusa that provides collection services for the Municipality of Córdoba, malfunctioned and overturned.

The incident, which caused shock among residents, left its driver with various injuries.

The episode occurred around 11:30 a.m. on Vélez Sársfield Avenue at 6,500.

According to police information, the overturning was reportedly triggered by a mechanical failure in one of its tires.
