Amid his legal situation and while he is serving house arrest, Elías Piccirillo, known for his past relationship with Jésica Cirio, once again ended up at the center of the media spotlight. This time it was not because of legal issues, but because of an alleged new romance.
According to what was revealed on the show A la Tarde (América TV), the businessman has reportedly begun a relationship with journalist Florencia Epelbaum, who also had her moment of public exposure after having been the partner of Walter "Alfa" Santiago.
According to information provided by journalist Santiago Sposato, the two reportedly met in late December 2025 through social media. The relationship, although recent, has reportedly progressed quickly.
The particularity of the romance lies in Piccirillo's legal situation: since he is under house arrest, living together has reportedly become the only way for them to see each other frequently. According to what was explained on air, that circumstance has reportedly accelerated the closeness between them.
Epelbaum presents herself on her social media as a TV host, lawyer, and notary. In that context, she has also reportedly taken on an active role in the legal and media support of her partner.
"She, in her role as a lawyer, was like the one in charge of negotiating that conversation", Sposato detailed in reference to one of the latest interviews given by Piccirillo, in which—according to the journalist—she reportedly took care of every aspect of the public exposure.

In response to the rumors, Sposato contacted the journalist directly. After two days without an answer, Epelbaum sent a WhatsApp message that was shown on screen: "Hi Santi. Sorry for the delay, I'm dealing with many things. But I just want to clarify, out of respect for the way you treated me, that my silence is not an answer and I'm not up for games or random interpretations because I do not respond. I'm not going to confirm or deny anything. Sometimes silence is not mystery, it's simply privacy".
