Commerce employees will receive their September salaries in October with a 1.9% increase and a fixed sum of $120,000

The commerce employees will receive in the first days of October 2026 the salaries for September, with the last increase of 1.9% provided for in the collective agreement of the Argentine Federation of Commerce and Services Employees (FAECyS). The non-remunerative fixed sum of $120,000 will also remain in effect.

With the update, the earnings of full-time workers will range between $1,303,900 and $1,373,514, depending on the category. The increase completes the guideline of 5.7% agreed for the July-September quarter.

How much commerce employees will earn in October 2026 by category

The scales of the Collective Labor Agreement 130/75 incorporate the last segment of the salary increase and the non-remunerative fixed sum. These are the amounts corresponding to each category.

Maintenance

  • Maintenance A: $1,303,900.

  • Maintenance B: $1,307,292.

  • Maintenance C: $1,319,176.

Administrative

  • Administrative A: $1,316,632.

  • Administrative B: $1,321,729.

  • Administrative C: $1,326,821.

  • Administrative D: $1,342,103.

  • Administrative E: $1,354,836.

  • Administrative F: $1,373,514.

Cashiers

  • Cashier A: $1,320,875.

  • Cashier B: $1,326,821.

  • Cashier C: $1,334,462.

ATMs

  • Assistant A: $1,320,875.

  • Assistant B: $1,329,365.

    These amounts are supplemented by seniority and attendance bonuses, when applicable.

    How the last salary increase for commerce employees was applied

    The 1.9% increase that will be received in October completes the guideline of 5.7% for the July-September quarter. The agreement established three non-cumulative monthly increases, calculated on the basic salaries of June.

    What will happen with future increases for commerce employees

    For now, a new percentage increase has not been defined. FAECyS and the business chambers CAC, CAME, and Udeca agreed to meet again during October to review basic salaries and negotiate future updates.

    In addition, the non-remunerative fixed sum of $120,000 will remain in effect. The agreement provides for its incorporation into basic salaries in six equal installments of $20,000, between December 2026 and May 2027.
