True to his spirit and winning mentality, Talleres' president, Andrés Fassi, did not leave Lanús' stadium satisfied.

His club had done enough to earn a victory that slipped away by very little, only in the final minutes and against one of the contenders in the Professional League tournament.

The team coached by Carlos Tévez was beating the Granate 1-0 at the Fortaleza, but in the end the home side's equalizer arrived.

It still left a very good impression and deserved more.

Fassi and Talleres' reinforcements

After the match, Fassi stopped to speak with the press and referred to the transfer market and the squad that he had assembled.

"We have a very good squad, Talleres' solution is not in a magician who comes from outside. We had one of the best transfer windows of recent years", he stated.

It is worth noting that for this tournament the top scorer in Argentine soccer, Ronaldo Martínez, the Colombian Diego Valoyes, Bruno Barticiotto, and Martín Rio, among others, arrived.

"The freeing up of roster spots is already in place, the arrival of players is complex. Any player who comes to Talleres doesn't come as a filler", he pointed out when speaking about the quality of players that he wants.

"We still lack the confidence that comes from adding three points at a time. We have to work, continue, and give strength to this group that left its soul in Lanús", he concluded.
