Fassi at Proyectar Córdoba: the importance of competing and his 10 years at Talleres
The Albiazul president said that he wants Belgrano and Instituto to do well. 'Ten years have passed and we've built 50% of the 30-year project,' he stated
The president of Talleres, Andrés Fassi, attended the closing of the final day of Proyectar Córdoba.
At the event organized by the Córdoba Urban Developers Business Chamber (Ceduc), the Albiazul president addressed businesspeople, leaders, and professionals from the sector.
"You have to compete. We're all competitors. You are as well, each in your own field," Fassi told a large audience.

Proyectar Córdoba 2025 had an attendance of 4,500 people over its two days. In addition to stands from different companies in the sector, there were speakers and a hall where about 900 business rounds were held.
Fassi, who appealed to emotion by showing a video of Daniel "Rana" Valencia writing a letter to the renowned former president Amadeo Nucetelli, spoke about the competition among Córdoba's clubs.
"I want to beat Belgrano. I want to score 5 goals against them. But it's in our best interest for them to do well, just like Instituto, because that raises the level for everyone," he said.
He recalled that in 2014 he said in a meeting that in terms of youth divisions "Belgrano was 8 or 10 years ahead" of Talleres.
River's budget and Talleres' budget
He also referred to the team's merit in fighting finals head-to-head and winning a title against River, "which has a budget of 80 million dollars."
Talleres' is around 28 million dollars.

He spoke about the ups and downs of the economy, the unstoppable rise of the dollar over the past ten years.
"Some time ago I said we were planning Talleres for the next 30 years and it sounded like just another phrase. But ten years have already passed and we've built 50% of the project's render," he said.
Mundo Talleres
These are images that show a world-class complex, with a mini stadium, a hotel, buildings, offices, and dozens of soccer fields, among other amenities.
Regarding the future stadium, Fassi announced that construction will begin in 2026, and that its location is being finalized, requiring between 36 and 38 hectares (89 and 94 acres) and a strategic location near the Ring Road.
The comprehensive project includes urban development, housing (more than 2,200 lots on Route 5), and a strong emphasis on social and sports aspects.
International Talleres
The president stated that the goal is to have a structure to host children from all over the world in camps for youth players.
"We showed it to the ambassadors of China, India, and the United States," he said.
The camps are "a professional soccer simulator" so that children can learn the sport and the Spanish language.
"All of this is very important to internationalize the Talleres brand," he concluded.
