Ford will launch the Mustang Dark Horse in Argentina in 2025: 500 hp, radical aesthetics, and a track-focused spirit
Ford announced that the Mustang Dark Horse will arrive in Argentina in 2025. This is the most powerful and radical version in the range of the iconic muscle car.
This model was presented for the first time in South America during the 6 Hours of São Paulo. It was part of the World Endurance Championship, where Ford participates with the Mustang GT3.

What's new about the Mustang Dark Horse?
The Dark Horse will be positioned above the Mustang GT Performance. Its mechanics have been optimized to offer an experience closer to that of a race car.
The engine is a naturally aspirated 5.0-liter V8 that delivers 500 hp, surpassing the GT Performance by 8 horsepower. Torque remains at 567 Nm, with rear-wheel drive, true to Mustang style.
Transmission options
The unit shown includes a 10-speed automatic transmission with paddle shifters. In other markets, a version with a six-speed manual transmission is also offered, although it is not confirmed whether it will arrive in Argentina.

A more aggressive and exclusive design
The Dark Horse stands out for its more extreme aesthetics. It features darkened headlights, functional air intakes on the hood, a specific grille, and a rear spoiler, all designed to improve aerodynamics.
Additionally, it incorporates a new badge: for the first time, the horse logo is shown from the front, with flared nostrils like a thoroughbred in full race.
