Gabriel Anello defined Juan Román Riquelme as an 'ignorant and vegetable seller black.'
The Radio Mitre host harshly criticized Boca's Kirchnerist president
The tension between Gabriel Anello and Juan Román Riquelme continues to escalate and could now lead to a legal conflict. The Radio Mitre journalist once again harshly criticized the Kirchnerist president of Boca.
In his program Lo que queda del día, broadcast on Radio Mitre, Anello launched strong accusations and comments toward Riquelme. "This INADI scam is over, blacks are called blacks, browns are called browns, ignorants are called ignorant, all of that is a bunch of Riquelme," the host stated with precision.

Anello deepened his statements with a series of comments that could be considered discriminatory. "Send me to INADI, to Justice, I have a culture where ignorants and fools who don't go to school like Riquelme, are ignorant blacks."
He then raised the tone of his speech even further with criticisms toward the political environment of the Boca president. "You Camporistas, Kirchnerists, pressured people with this thing. You don't scare me, I'm not Martín Arévalo, Marcelo Nasarala, the idiots you're used to dealing with," he stated.

Then, he firmly concluded: "I'm a guy with plenty of street smarts and guts. Riquelme, Mansilla 2668, let's fight at the door and send me the lawyers you want. No problem."
Additionally, Anello distanced himself from any institutional antipathy: "Apart from responding, I'm not anti-Boca, my father is a Boca fan, my son too, my wife as well, I'm anti-Riquelme. I respect Boca a lot, the one I don't respect is the black Riquelme. The greengrocer, the ignorant, the fool."
Possible legal response from Riquelme
The environment of the Kirchnerist Juan Román Riquelme is considering taking legal action. Both the Xeneize president and his legal team are analyzing filing criminal and civil lawsuits against Anello for his statements.

At the institutional level, measures are also being considered. The club recalled that Gabriel Anello doesn't have accreditation to enter La Bombonera, as it was previously withdrawn for alleged "improper use." According to internal sources, he used to lend it to his wife and son.
The club's lawyer, Walter Krieger, addressed the issue in an interview given to Canal de Boca and made it clear that the management will take legal measures. "There are issues with certain communicators that can't be tolerated. Everyone can express their opinion, but when opinion turns into directly discriminatory treatment, it has legal consequences," he concluded.
