The government reported antisemitic acts that occurred between All Boys and Atlanta.

The Ministry of National Security, led by Patricia Bullrich, filed a criminal complaint against members of All Boys' barra brava for various antisemitic acts that occurred prior to the match against Atlanta, corresponding to the 20th round of Primera Nacional. The match took place on Sunday, June 29, at the Islas Malvinas stadium, in the Floresta neighborhood.

The complaint, promoted by the Security Department and signed by Franco Berlín, director of Security at Sporting Events, and Fernando Oscar Soto, national director of Regulations and Relations with Judicial Authorities and Public Ministries, lists serious incidents that occurred in the vicinity of the stadium before the start of the match.

The display of a coffin covered with the Israeli flag was reported, along with black smoke and banners with hostile slogans, including a banner reading "Death to the genocidal State of Israel", located at the intersection of Mercedes and Álvarez Jonte streets.

In addition, a drone was detected flying over the All Boys stands carrying a Palestinian flag, as well as coffin-shaped signs in Atlanta's colors and black crosses. Offensive pamphlets were also distributed, targeting both the rival club and the Jewish community. One of the texts read: "Free Palestine. Villa Crespo neighborhood of cowards. Israel and Atlanta are the same sh...".

The incidents, which occurred outside the stadium, are being investigated through the area's security cameras in order to identify those responsible. According to sources from the Buenos Aires City Government, the All Boys institution would not have direct involvement, as these were actions committed in public spaces.

The City Police issued three misdemeanor reports for violations of the Misdemeanor Code, for incitement to disorder, placement of discriminatory elements, and dissemination of offensive messages.

The national Ministry invoked Law 23.592, which establishes aggravating factors when crimes are committed for reasons of racial, religious, or national hatred. The possible configuration of the crime of public intimidation, defined in articles 211 and 212 of the Criminal Code, is also being evaluated. The judicial filing is based on audiovisual records, documentary evidence, and precedents of similar incidents.

One of those precedents dates back to June 7, 2024, when five All Boys supporters were sanctioned for displaying a coffin with the Israeli flag and Atlanta's colors, as well as using fireworks and flags of Palestine and Iran.

With this complaint, the national Government reaffirms its decision to apply the current legal framework without concessions in the face of acts of violence at sporting events. The investigation remains ongoing.
