At the same time, attorney Martín Francolino assured that the journalist's circle was already considering filing a legal complaint. In statements to El Trece's show, Fioribello explained that Elbusto sought legal advice after detecting unusual activity on her cell phone, including interventions in bank accounts. The firm conducted a technical examination to determine if the device had been tampered with. "With experts from the cybercrime area, we analyzed the device. The results indicate with certainty whether there was tampering or hacking," the lawyer explained. He also highlighted that, in these cases, chats can be falsified or transcribed from real conversations, which opens the door to multiple interpretations. Finally, Fioribello emphasized his client's concern: "She is distressed. Due to Brancatelli's political profile, she feared she had been a victim of hacking. Her accounts were emptied, funds were deposited into others, and she noticed unauthorized access to her platforms."
