GTA V arrives on Game Pass today and Modern Warfare II joins on May 1st
The inclusion of GTA V and Modern Warfare II isn't the only good news for subscribers
April arrives with great news for Xbox Game Pass users, Microsoft's subscription service that offers access to a wide variety of video games for PC, console, and the cloud.
Among the most anticipated titles this month are Grand Theft Auto V, which is added today, and Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II, whose arrival is scheduled for May 1.
An expanding catalog for all tastes
The inclusion of GTA V and Modern Warfare II is not the only good news for subscribers. The service will also add other titles over the coming weeks, covering different genres and styles:
- SpongeBob SquarePants: The Patrick Star Show – April 16
- Crime Scene Cleaner and Tempopo – April 17
- Towerborne – April 29
- Anno 1800 – May 1
- Far Cry 4 – April 30
- Dredge – May 6
- Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 – April 24
This last one promises to become one of the gems of the month. Developed in France, Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 is a turn-based RPG that combines complex mechanics with an immersive narrative proposal.

"Microsoft seeks to expand its library, but also to foster an interactive, diverse, and accessible environment for players worldwide", explained the company.
Some titles say goodbye to Game Pass
As part of the usual catalog rotation, some games will say goodbye to the service on April 30. Among them:
- Have a Nice Death
- Kona II: Brume
- Sniper Elite 5
- The Last Case of Benedict Fox
- Thirsty Suitors
- The Rewinder
However, Game Pass users will be able to purchase these titles with a 20% discount before their definitive withdrawal.

Microsoft strengthens its commitment to user experience
With these updates, Xbox Game Pass continues to establish itself as one of the most complete and versatile platforms in the gaming market.
By adding renowned titles, innovative narrative proposals, and economic benefits for its subscribers, Microsoft reinforces its leadership in the subscription-based video game sector.
