At the weekly auction of the Jesús María Rural Society, the consumption category remained above the price paid last week.
This Monday, the price of steers weighing from 300 to 350 kilograms (661.4 to 771.6 pounds) was $4,550 per kilo, above the $4,520 of the previous week.
Meanwhile, regarding the feeder cattle, the price of calves weighing from 100 to 150 kilograms (220.5 to 330.7 pounds) was $5,900, lower than the $6,100 of a week earlier.
