Homero Pettinato surprised Olga's audience by announcing his farewell to Sería Increíble, the morning show he had been part of since the beginning of the streaming channel.
The announcement was made on the morning of December 17 and had a strong impact on listeners and his own colleagues, since the comedian was one of the original members of the program.
With a reflective tone, Pettinato took the floor to explain the reasons for his departure. "I leave, with the best of memories. I usually jump off the ship before it sinks. In this case, I jump off a ship that is just setting sail and in the best conditions", he stated on air, and he emphasized that he is leaving with the peace of mind of knowing that the project will continue to grow. "People will be there", he added.
The host also showed gratitude for the experience he had and he stressed the importance that the program had in his career. "This program was beautiful, it was a turning point and very important in my life. I say goodbye. Everyone wanted me to stay, but it is a decision that is one hundred percent mine", he stated, visibly moved.
However, in response to the speculation that circulated on social media, Pettinato clarified that his departure doesn't imply a definitive separation from Olga nor is it linked to the media conflict he was involved in with Sofía "La Reini" Gonet.
"There are other projects at Olga. I also wanted to stop getting up so early. It has nothing to do with my scandal", he explained, trying to close off any kind of alternative interpretation of his decision.

Sofía Gonet's response after the conflict
Meanwhile, Sofía Gonet once again found herself at the center of attention after posting a forceful response on her social media, in reaction to the criticism she received after her clash with Pettinato. Through a video on Instagram, the influencer stated that she is going through days of intense exposure and public questioning.
"I have been canceled for more than three days by an entire country and by the media, saying that I am violent, psychopathic, and that I should be hospitalized or in prison", she stated, and she reported having received extremely violent messages.
In her testimony, Gonet clarified that she never tried to spark a debate about gender violence nor to "taint" the cause.
"I let myself be carried away by the idea of romantic love and I fell in love with a person who had problems with substances and needed help. I took the focus off my life to try to fix his", she stated, when referring to her relationship with Pettinato.
The influencer acknowledged that the relationship deteriorated over time. "The dynamic was never going to work and that is why the toxicity kept escalating, until it ended in this, in showing our worst miseries. It was a relationship that should have ended from minute one", she concluded.
