Eugenia "La China" Suárez closed the sale of her house in the exclusive private neighborhood Chacras de Murray, in Pilar. Yanina Latorre confirmed this on the program Sálvese quien pueda, where she detailed that the footballer Mauro Icardi played a key role in the real estate transaction.
Latorre explained that the house was offered at 690,000 dollars, an amount lower than the one million that had originally been asked. In addition, she stated that Icardi not only helped the actress buy her new home in San Jorge, but even gave her part of the money to close the purchase. The difference that Suárez had to return to the footballer was covered by this gesture, reflecting the financial dynamic between them.

The end of one chapter and the beginning of another
The Chacras de Murray property was originally acquired by "La China" Suárez together with Benjamín Vicuña in 2021. After their separation, Vicuña paid for the construction in full and left it to her. The actress completed the remodeling and turned it into her family home.
