Serious threats against La China Suárez: her lawyer requested protection or a panic button
The actress's legal team replied after violent messages on social media and reported digital harassment
Actress Eugenia "La China" Suárez has once again become the target of attacks on social media that have alarmed those around her. This time, the threats have gone beyond the limits of so-called "hate" and have prompted a strong legal response. Users went so far as to suggest "hiring a hitman" or physically assaulting her, which led her lawyer to take action.
"If something happens to me, you know who it was," Suárez wrote while sharing screenshots of the comments, in what many interpreted as an indirect reference to Wanda Nara. The seriousness of the posts caused immediate outrage and concern.
Legal measures underway and fear of a real attack
Agustín Rodríguez, the actress's lawyer, confirmed on the program DDM (América) that they are already working on a formal complaint for digital harassment. The attorney explained that they couldn't state that the posts were motivated by Wanda Nara, but he didn't rule out the influence of her recent statements either.

Rodríguez clarified that they are evaluating urgent measures to protect Suárez: "We're going to request police protection or a panic button. One of the two." Concern grew after a journalist published a photo of the actress's home, detailing its exact location.
He also emphasized that they don't only hold anonymous social media aggressors responsible, but also the media sector that, according to him, has fueled the ongoing persecution against Suárez over the past six months.

The context behind the threats and Wanda Nara's role
During the interview, Rodríguez asserted that Eugenia's level of exposure doesn't match the attacks she receives. "She doesn't participate in shows or make statements; however, she has become a permanent target," he said, and questioned the lack of support from figures in the feminist movement.

Regarding the possible connection to Wanda Nara, the lawyer was cautious. Although he acknowledged that the aggressive messages emerged after the businesswoman accused her of interfering in Mauro Icardi's relationship with his daughters, he stressed that he couldn't confirm her direct involvement.
"We're considering what type of precautionary measure to file. These aren't easy to obtain and must be well substantiated," he explained. He also mentioned that the complaint will include all those who participate in the harassment, not just Nara.
Rodríguez highlighted the call from Nicolás Payarola, Wanda's lawyer, who reached out to learn about the situation and expressed his solidarity. Although he avoided blaming Nara directly, he warned that even "four loose cannons" can pose a real danger and that it's essential to act preventively.
Finally, the attorney reflected on the impact of violent discourse on social media: "You can't know the state of mind of the person receiving that message. One must be very careful." He also emphasized that the main concern for Suárez's inner circle is that virtual threats could escalate to the physical realm.
Graves amenazas a la China Suárez.
