How the Israeli offensive that destroyed Iran's military and nuclear power was orchestrated
Donald Trump and Benjamin Netanyahu prepared an impressive strategy to destroy the Iranian nuclear plan
At a turning point in the long-standing conflict between Israel and Iran, yesterday, June 12, at 9:00 p.m. Argentina time, the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) launched a massive air offensive against strategic targets on Iranian territory under the name Operation Lion's Force.
This attack not only destroyed key nuclear facilities but also eliminated part of the military and scientific leadership that supported the Iranian nuclear program.
Joe Biden's disastrous management
The conflict that triggered the Israeli attack intensified after years of accumulated tensions. During the Democratic administration of former U.S. President Joe Biden, Iran took advantage of a weak diplomatic scenario to reactivate and accelerate its nuclear program, especially at the Natanz and Fordow plants.

The lack of effective pressure from the Biden administration allowed the Tehran regime to enrich uranium to levels close to weapons grade, which caused growing concern in Israel and among several sectors of Western intelligence.
Donald Trump's strategy
However, since his inauguration as President of the United States, Donald Trump adopted a direct stance, with the explicit goal of denuclearizing Iran.
Sources close to the matter indicate that this strategy was strongly promoted by Secretary of State Marco Rubio. In a key meeting at the White House on April 7, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu proposed a preventive and coordinated attack to dismantle the Iranian nuclear and military apparatus. Mossad, which had been identifying critical targets for years, played a central role in the planning.
On April 12, Trump launched a successful strategy. First, he publicly condemned the possibility of an Israeli attack and sought to initiate diplomatic negotiations with Iran, acting as the "good cop" while Israel assumed the role of "bad cop."
Nevertheless, after 60 days without concrete progress, negotiations were declared over and, although Trump formally remained on the sidelines, he gave the green light to launch the offensive.

The devastating Israeli attack
The Israeli operation was impressive. In four waves of bombings, the uranium enrichment facilities in Natanz and Fordow were destroyed, the ballistic missile arsenal was eliminated, and high-ranking officials of the regime were taken down.
Among the high-ranking officials eliminated are the head of the Revolutionary Guard (IRGC), the leader of the Quds Forces, the Joint Chiefs of Staff, the main Iranian nuclear scientist, and even one of the closest collaborators to the Ayatollah.
Three hours after the attack, Donald Trump sent a message to Tehran stating that he expects them at the negotiating table next Sunday, but warning that if Iran responds with reprisals against Israel, the United States will defend its ally.
This attack marks a turning point in regional geopolitics, precisely dismantling the Iranian nuclear structure and sending an unprecedented message of deterrent strength in the last decade.
