Giuseppe Cipriani, the renowned Italian entrepreneur and leader of the ambitious hotel and residential project in Punta del Este, expressed in a conversation with the media outlet El Cronista his interest in investing again in Argentina, motivated by the economic recovery being driven by the Government of Javier Milei.

Cipriani, who gained notoriety in the country during the '90s with his prestigious restaurant located on the iconic Posadas Street in Buenos Aires, considers that the current context of economic transformation and openness toward free trade makes it the ideal time to return to the Argentine gastronomic market.

At that time, his restaurant became a symbol of distinction and elegance, frequented by entrepreneurs, public figures, and local and international celebrities.

"Argentina is emerging from the crisis it was immersed in these past years. President Javier Milei is doing a fantastic job. That's why we are evaluating, in the near future, returning to the country with our classic restaurants," Cipriani stated in an exclusive dialogue with El Cronista.

"In Argentina, I had businesses until 2002. With the 2001 crisis, I left the country. To return, it is necessary for the same management to continue, with clear rules and economic stability, something we see possible in the near future," he anticipated.

The entrepreneur's statements reflect the success of the economic reforms being implemented by the Milei Government, and how the openness toward foreign investments, the deregulation of the economy, the elimination of the deficit, and the drop in inflation are creating a more favorable business environment.

Although there are still no concrete details about the location or type of venture Cipriani would develop in Argentina, it has emerged that his interest is mainly focused on Buenos Aires, a city that has historically appreciated high gastronomy.

Cipriani's return, as well as that of numerous multinationals, is a reflection of the renewed appeal that Argentina is generating under Milei's management, marking a new chapter for one of the most recognized names in global hospitality and gastronomy.

The current economic policy is encouraging the arrival of international companies and capital, consolidating the vision of a country on the path to sustained economic growth and development.
