The relationship between Ivana Figueiras and Darío Cvitanich lasted only a few months, but it was enough to become one of the most talked-about topics of the year's final stretch.
What began as a story of calm after several turbulent times ended up wrapped in a media whirlwind that deeply affected the businesswoman, especially due to the constant presence of Chechu Bonelli, the ex-wife of the former player.
Figueiras found herself at the center of attention from the moment different accounts placed her as the third party, even though the relationship between Cvitanich and Bonelli had already ended.
Even so, the overlap of dates and the lack of clarity regarding the real status of that marriage left her exposed in a situation that quickly escalated.
The breaking point came a few days ago, when Ángel de Brito released a video showing Ivana with her youngest daughter at a shopping mall, accompanied by Cvitanich. The image went viral within hours and put the businesswoman in a position she herself described as "the limit."
In a conversation with A la tarde, Figueiras explained what she felt when she saw the scene published: "What happened to me was seeing a video where my daughter's face was visible. I can show whatever I want because she has worked as a model for a children's brand for years. But seeing her exposed like that, without expecting that level of exposure, was very overwhelming for me."

She admitted that her first reaction was impulsive: "I got angry. I shouldn't have made it public. I should have spoken privately with the appropriate person. My emotions got the best of me and I didn't take those five seconds to breathe."
That anger ultimately defined her decision. Figueiras got fed up with the media environment that surrounded her since she was linked to the former player and decided to end the relationship.
"This year I went through a personal process to find my best version. This doesn't add anything to me. My limit is my daughter; everything else is just outside noise", she stated.
The businesswoman clarified that there is no conflict with Cvitanich. She pointed out that she cares for him and doesn't intend to expose him: "I'm very calm. I'm alone. I care about him a lot, he's a good person. I don't want to talk about him or have people keep involving him either".
