President Javier Milei participated this Thursday in Davos in the signing of the document that begins the process of Argentina's incorporation as a founding member of the Board of Peace. This is the Peace Council promoted by the President of the United States, Donald Trump.
The ceremony took place within the framework of the World Economic Forum, which brings together political leaders, businesspeople, and international figures in the Swiss city of Davos. According to official sources, around 35 countries have reportedly already agreed to join the initiative, while more than 60 were invited to participate in the project.
Milei's presence at the event and his signing of the founding charter reinforce Argentina's international positioning within an axis aligned with the United States and other Western democracies. The focus of this positioning is on political cooperation and global stability.

A political gesture with international impact
The Peace Council is an initiative promoted directly by Trump, who leads the project. Its objective is to create a space for dialogue and coordination among countries that adhere to common values regarding democracy, security, and the international order.
During the ceremony, Milei shared the stage with Trump and other heads of state and government representatives. The images of the event showed the greeting between both leaders after the signing of the document, in a clear sign of political and personal harmony.
