Jennifer Lopez made a drastic decision regarding one of the most luxurious properties she shared with Ben Affleck during their marriage. After several months without finding a buyer, the artist made a significant million-dollar price reduction on the mansion located in Beverly Hills, a residence that became a symbol of their relationship.

The property, purchased by the ex-couple in May 2023 for around 61 million dollars, has re-entered the real estate market with an updated price of 50 million dollars, well below the initial value at which it was listed.

The mansion was originally offered in July 2024 for approximately 68 million dollars. However, due to the lack of serious interest, the price began to decrease progressively until it reached the current figure.

According to reports in U.S. media, Ben Affleck recently officially ceded his share of the property to Jennifer Lopez, who now appears as the sole owner of the property and is responsible for all expenses related to the sale.

The residence is located in one of the most exclusive areas of Beverly Hills and features characteristics typical of a true luxury complex designed for celebrities.

The property boasts 12 bedrooms, 24 bathrooms, and a huge number of amenities distributed across different areas of the land. Among its main luxuries are a private gym, an indoor sports complex, basketball and pickleball courts, as well as parking for approximately 80 vehicles.

The enormous mansion would have been designed to accommodate a blended family.

The exclusive complex also includes a guest house of over 5,000 square feet, spaces designated for domestic staff, and advanced security systems with independent access and maximum privacy.

Currently, the sale of the property is being managed by the real estate firm The Beverly Hills Estates, whose agents described the residence as a true "celebrity complex."

Why Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck ended their relationship again

Although the couple generated enormous anticipation by reconciling nearly twenty years after their first breakup, various reports suggest that differences in their lifestyles ultimately strained the relationship once again.

According to international media reports, one of the main conflicts was the media exposure. While Jennifer Lopez maintains a very active public life, focused on events, social media, and constant projects, Ben Affleck has always shown a much more reserved profile, distant from the media spotlight.

Close sources also indicated that work routines, professional demands, and different ways of living fame caused ongoing tensions during their cohabitation.

Even in past interviews, Affleck acknowledged that he struggled to cope with the level of exposure surrounding Jennifer Lopez and the constant media interest in their relationship.
