Jimena Barón shared the first photo of her son Arturo

Jimena Barón and her partner, Matías Palleiro, introduced their son Arturo to the world. Through an Instagram post, the proud parents said: "Welcome Arturo ? 6/13/2025. You have us on cloud nine with happiness, son. We love you, mom and dad".

Within minutes, the post was filled with congratulatory messages from colleagues, friends, and entertainment figures. Arturo's arrival came a few days early, since the singer had shared that her expected due date was June 24. However, for weeks she had been hinting that the birth could happen sooner, which finally occurred in the early hours of the 13th.

The relationship between Jimena Barón and Matías "Tuma" Palleiro began in an unconventional way, although today they are experiencing one of the most significant moments of their lives. They met in 2021 through Instagram, as happens more and more often these days. However, the first date was far from ideal.

According to the artist herself, that night was somewhat uncomfortable: the conversation did not flow naturally and he, with a tight schedule, excused himself by saying he had to leave early for an MRI. Despite that lackluster start, Matías surprised Jimena with a sudden kiss before leaving. The unexpected gesture left the singer torn between doubt and curiosity.

At that time, Jimena was coming out of complex public relationships, such as the one she had with Daniel Osvaldo—father of her first son, Morrison—and with former tennis player Juan Martín del Potro. Far from imagining a new serious relationship, she nicknamed Palleiro "Mr. Habano" to protect his identity and avoid creating expectations. However, time and persistence changed the course.
