In another message, the model referred to her childhood: "When people criticize me for how naive I can be, I grew up forgiving my dad, believing he would change." Finally, she dedicated a heartfelt message to her mother, Paula Robles: "To the world you are my mother, but to me you are my world."

In her statement, she recounted: "I answered the phone and a male voice asked me: 'Are you Juana Tinelli?' I replied yes. He said: 'I'm Gustavo Scaglione, your dad knows me very well. You and your family need to be very careful,' and then he hung up."
The model stated that the call left her in a state of panic. "The tone was unmistakably threatening. I felt fear for my safety and that of my family. I deleted the call log out of nervousness," she explained in the report.

After his name became public, Gustavo Scaglione, a media businessman and owner of television channels, denied any connection to the incident. In a conversation with América Noticias, he stated: "I've already given everything to my lawyers so they can take care of this false report."
