A leaked database revealed illegal access to private information about the current president

Journalist Nicolás Wiñazki, on his A24 show, revealed a serious and disturbing case of illegal espionage carried out by Kirchnerism against Javier Milei, at a time when his political career had not even begun. The complaint exposes the use of state structures to carry out intelligence activities that are prohibited by law.

According to the information presented on the show, the maneuvers began at least as early as January 2020, during the administration of Alberto Fernández and Cristina Kirchner, in the midst of the pandemic.

At that time, when Milei was beginning to gain public visibility, various federal security forces carried out illegal intelligence activities to collect personal information about the man who is now the Argentine president.

According to what was revealed, the agencies involved include Gendarmería Nacional and Policía Federal Argentina, among others. These departments sought to gather Milei's private data without any court order or legal justification, in a practice that constitutes domestic espionage, which is expressly prohibited by Argentine law.

The information obtained included personal data, bank accounts, properties, phone numbers, and other sensitive records of the current president. Wiñazki showed on air a detailed list of accesses in a database, material that was leaked and that documents repeated queries about Milei during that period.

The list also includes Ariel Zanchetta, a former ultra-Kirchnerist spy from the Agencia Federal de Inteligencia (AFI). According to what could be seen, Zanchetta appears as one of the directly responsible parties for the espionage against Milei. Currently, Zanchetta is under indictment and is identified as a key figure in a case of mass illegal espionage that included surveillance and intelligence activities targeting judges, politicians, and journalists.

The case that has been exposed reinforces the complaints about the systematic use of intelligence agencies during the administration of Alberto Fernández and Cristina Kirchner for political purposes. In this context, state structures were used to spy on a mere economist who, over time, would end up becoming president of the Nation.

The revelation adds to other episodes that involve Kirchnerism and AFI in illegal surveillance practices during previous administrations, such as the case of CFK's parallel intelligence apparatus used to carry out "smear files" and persecute opposition figures. In this case, the complaint carries additional weight because it concerns the current head of state, who was the target of these maneuvers before he came to power.
