The judicial testimonies of the women who reported Nicolás Rodríguez and Daniela Silva Muñoz, both employees of the Buenos Aires Provincial Senate and Kirchnerist activists, have become known. The victims describe a web of sexual abuse, physical violence, threats, psychological manipulation, and systematic subjugation under the façade of supposed spirituality.
The couple remains in custody by order of prosecutor Betina Lacki, head of UFI No. 2 of La Plata. At the end of December, Lacki indicted them for aggravated sexual abuse with carnal access, in at least four incidents that occurred between 2015 and 2019. Rodríguez is charged as the perpetrator and Silva Muñoz as a necessary participant.

The sect "The Order of Light"
According to the prosecution, the abuses were committed within the framework of an organization with a pyramidal structure called "The Order of Light". This was led by Rodríguez, who presented himself as a divine figure.
According to the complaints, the accused identified himself as "God Kiei", a supposed warrior with supernatural powers and worldwide reach, whom the victims had to serve and satisfy as part of their "purpose in life".
At his side, Daniela Silva Muñoz acted as "Sensei" or spiritual teacher, playing a key role as facilitator. She used her position of trust to persuade the victims to have sexual relations with Rodríguez, arguing that the "throuple" could not be broken.
Political activism and recruitment of victims
The complainants stated that the connection with the accused originated in different settings, including political activism. The couple were leaders of the Citizen Movement "La Capitana" of La Plata, a Kirchnerist group that publicly defines itself as "popular, democratic, feminist, and Latin Americanist".
Other victims met Rodríguez in the university setting, where he worked as a teaching assistant to a Political Science professor. One of them stated that the accused paid for her studies, creating economic dependence that he later used to pressure and threaten her.
Recruitment was also recorded at women's meetings and events, where Silva Muñoz acted as a Gender representative. According to the case file, "in clear opposition to the duties that she should have carried out", she persuaded the victims to come to her home or even to the Senate office itself, leaving them locked in with Rodríguez so that he could abuse them.

The three personalities: violence, abuse, and threats
One of the most disturbing aspects of the testimonies is the existence of different "essences" or personalities that Rodríguez claimed to embody.
