Noboa explained that he has the support of India and companies like Google to implement this initiative. He indicated that Azuay has ideal climatic conditions to establish technological hubs and data centers that boost the digital economy.
The president also addressed policies to combat corruption through technological tools. He emphasized that his administration is committed to innovation as a key axis to transform the state apparatus and generate citizen trust.

When referring to youth employment, he highlighted measures such as tax deductions for companies that hire young people. He highlighted the program "Jóvenes en Acción", a paid internship initiative that was expanded to include older adults under the name "Ecuatorianos en Acción."
Officials like Sariha Moya and César Vázquez also participated in the discussion, answering student questions. They explained strategies to strengthen the productive system in the face of emergencies and promote sustainable entrepreneurship in the country.
