A comedy classic returns with a new lead
Liam Neeson, at 72 years old and with a career marked by drama and action, now steps into the shoes of Frank Drebin Jr. The character is the son of the iconic lieutenant created by Leslie Nielsen, who immortalized the silly and hilarious humor of the original trilogy.
The Naked Gun became a phenomenon since its debut in 1988. Directed by David Zucker, it had two sequels and left memorable quotes that continue to circulate. This new installment will function as a reboot and sequel at the same time.
